Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two children, Archie and Lilibet are allegedly the key to bringing them closer to Prince William and Kate Middleton.

In its May 30 issue, Life & Style claimed that royal fans are anticipating the reunion of the Sussexes and the Cambridges during Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Even though Prince Harry and Markle won’t be joining the royal family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, they will spend ample time with everyone while they are in the United Kingdom.

A source told the tabloid that royal fans have high expectations towards Archie and Lilibet. Even though they are still very young, they could bring their parents closer to the Cambridges.

Of course, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will also have a crucial part to play in the upcoming reunion. And everyone is also anticipating some playtime between the cousins who have not seen each other in two years.

“There’s a glimmer of hope that the children will bring the families back together. It’s a faint glimmer, but you never know,” the source said.

Meanwhile, the tabloid also thinks that Markle still hasn’t accepted the fact that she won’t be on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. After all, she allegedly feels that she has the right to be there because she’s married to Prince Harry.

However, it was Middleton who got her way when it comes to the queen’s Platinum Jubilee. After all, she’s not yet ready to be seen with Markle in public after everything that the latter said about her.

“Kate isn’t looking forward to seeing Meghan for the first time in two years after all the nasty things she has publicly said about the family. She certainly didn’t want to be up on the balcony smiling and waving with Meghan. Kate knows it’s going to be awkward. There’s no question she’ll be civil in public, but Kate is preparing for a showdown in private. Knowing the bad blood between them, and how Meghan is a master at pushing Kate’s buttons, it could be disastrous,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

There’s no indication that Middleton is preparing for a showdown with Markle.

The queen’s Platinum Jubilee is supposed to be a fun and peaceful event so no confrontations would take place.
