Sia, apparently, does not just have a great voice, but she also has a heart of gold.

According to NBC News, the Chandelier singer revealed that last year, she adopted two sons, who were both 18 years old. Earlier this year, she casually mentioned that she had adopted a son last year on through a text to Diplo. What she did was actually offer a no-strings hookup with the artist, claiming that he is one of the five people she is sexually attracted to. She said that she had already decided to be single forever and having just adopted a son, she has no time for a relationship and just wanted no-strings sex.

The text went viral and now she has opened up more about her being a mother. In a video chat at Morning Mash Up at Sirius, she opened up and said that she is actually a mother to not one but two sons, who are both 19 now. She decided to adopt them last year as they were aging out of the foster system.

Those under foster care can no longer remain once they turned 18 because they were too old. In 2017 alone, around 17,000 foster children aged out of the system. Sia, whose real name is Sia Kate Isobelle Furler, was really concerned for the boys so she decided to adopt them.

But aside from their age, the singer has not given any other details about her sons, aside from the fact that they are having a difficult time during the quarantine, one more than the other. They are now coping by doing a lot of educational stuff.

Meanwhile, aside from her sons, Sia also has another project that she is spending a lot of time on. Rolling Stone reports that she just released a new single, entitled Together. It's actually one of the songs from the upcoming movie Music, which will be her directorial debut.

She also released a music video for the single, featuring dancer Maddie Ziegler and many other artists such as Kate Hudson, Leslie Odom Jr, and more, who are also starring in the movie.

The movie is actually based on a short story that Sia herself wrote. The main character Zu, played by Hudson is a woman who just started her journey to sobriety when she suddenly finds out that she has become the guardian to Music, her half-sister who actually has autism.

With the pandemic still going on, there is still no announcement when the movie will be released.
