Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may see a “sharp decline” in offers and deals in the future due to the lack of progress on producing content for Netflix and Spotify. This comes as the couple have yet to release any “meaningful” titles for the platforms nearly two years after signing off the contract.

Express UK said that the warning came from royal expert Neil Sean, who discussed the “golden period” of celebrities in one of his YouTube videos. It, also, added that this “period” wears off, leading to a potential decline of available offers.

The expert noted that “everything hinges now” for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex “on the next level of content that they will deliver to the public.” They can guarantee “even more money” if the products become a “spectacular success.”

But, otherwise, they can expect a decrease in the mega offers and mega deals. He, also, pointed out that the pair are living in the “fickle world of Hollywood” where this happens.

This is not the first time Meghan Markle and Prince Harry became the subject of discussions with regard to their “lack of content” for Spotify and Netflix. For months, this has piqued the interest of many experts and commentators, with some claiming that they may even lose the deals altogether.

The International News reported that, apart from the apparent lack of content, the former working royals’ “ongoing inclination to offer no updates” over their projects has caused more discussions among the public. But, some individuals believe that the lack of product is not likely “indicative of any distress.”

Nevertheless, experts reportedly asserted that there will always be “stresses and strains” in this dynamic. There is, also, the case of whether Netflix may not feel that the content is going to sell very well.

Writing in the New Zealand Herald, royal commentator Daniela Elser even stated that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will “fail to ‘set Hollywood on fire’” with their content, according to The Sun.

The former working royals “loftily promised” to deliver something that “informs but also gives hope.” While the lack of delivery is another issue, the announced upcoming titles may allegedly “fail” to connect with the audience.

Elser explained that “Pearl,” which is a children’s animation, and the documentary material about Invictus Games, “however ‘touching and powerful’” they may be, these titles from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry do not sound as if they would set the viewers or Hollywood on fire.
