Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers are reportedly “not a couple.” They are said to be “trying to remain friendly” amid the ongoing split rumors.

The assertions came from sources who spoke with People about the matter. It all emerged after witnesses spotted the two celebrities together again.

Over the weekend, Rodgers and Woodley attended a wedding of the former’s Green Bay Packers teammate. He officiated the ceremony, which took place in Santa Barbara.

The insiders alleged that the “Divergent” actress was with the professional athlete “as a friend,” although he is said to be “hoping” for a reconciliation between them.

A different source, also, told the same publication that Aaron Rodgers is “trying to get [Shailene] Woodley back.” He wants to give their relationship another try, especially when his season concludes.

It was reportedly “not possible” for the two personalities to focus on their romance due to the “intense work schedules.” But, even so, the quarterback thinks the actress is “very special.”

Woodley and Rodgers remain tight-lipped, however, regarding the status of their relationship. No one knows whether they are getting back together, or whether they have, indeed, called off their engagement in the first place.

Whatever the case, though, their silence appears to have reportedly caused “confusion” among the public, especially their fans.

Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley's joint attendance at the Santa Barbara nuptials was not the first time witnesses spotted them together. About two weeks ago, they were at Erewhon Market in Los Angeles to share breakfast, according to E! News.

Insiders exclusively told the publication that the two celebrities met and came to the cafe. They “just sat outside at a table together” for breakfast.

It was, also, said to be confirmed that they were alone, “just the two of them.” Although, they did not allegedly “hand out too long.”

The apparent spotlight on their relationship seemingly first surfaced earlier in February. Multiple informants claimed that Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers called off their engagement and decided to split.

At the time, anonymous sources asserted that the relationship was “not working,” adding that it was “an amicable split.” It was, also, stated that the two celebrities are “very different people with busy careers.”

In the end, Woodley and Rodgers would reportedly remain friendly toward each other. There was “no bad blood and no drama,” as it just did not work out between them.

The two celebrities have maintained their privacy since their first meeting. It is unclear how they met or how their romance began.
