The global coronavirus pandemic is adding undue stress to relationships, but “Loose Women” host Stacey Solomon says that is not the case with her as she assured fans that her relationship with Joe Swash is still going strong.

The Sun says that Solomon had to make the clarification after she recently told her followers that she was going through some “personal stuff” at home. After noticing that that Swash was not appearing in her social media posts, fans speculated that the couple had broken up.

For instance, one fan asked directly if the two of them were still together and still madly in love. Another asked Solomon to post a picture of the two so that their minds would be put at ease.

Solomon put those rumors to rest by posting an image of her and Swash holding hands on her Instagram Stories. In the caption, she clarified that personal reasons “isn’t code for divorce” and clarified that some things just aren’t hers to share.

The Mirror adds that Solomon also shared a video of Swash bringing her dinner in bed, with Solomon calling it her “after work dinner surprise.”

With the global coronavirus pandemic forcing lockdowns all around the world, it is understandable that some relationships might become strained because of the unusual circumstances. For instance, Florence Pugh has had to defend her relationship with Zach Braff, even posting a video on her Instagram to defend the huge age gap between the two of them.

The lockdowns have also made celebrity couples stand out even more as soon as they leave their homes. When Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome headed out of their home to buy some supplies for the lockdown, Groome’s pregnancy ended up being confirmed. The usually secretive Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin were also spotted in the Malibu neighborhood. The couple was walking arm in arm, which was unusual since the two are not usually affectionate in public.

Whatever personal problems Solomon and Swash are going true, they may need to iron it out at home as it does not look like COVID-19 infections are going down anytime soon. In the May 6 situation report of the World Health Organization, it is revealed that there are now 3,588,773 confirmed COVID-19 cases globally, with the number of dead at 247,503 people.

The Guardian reports that there are now 201,101 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the United Kingdom, with deaths at 30,076 people. Of the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases, 129,799 are found in England, 12,709 are found in Scotland, 10,764 are found in Wales, and 3,934 are found in Northern Ireland.
