Meghan Markle allegedly snapped at Prince Harry ahead of their son Archie’s first birthday.

According to Woman’s Day, the Duchess of Sussex was largely frustrated over the fact that Archie’s birthday was going to go largely unnoticed. A source told the tabloid that Markle was looking forward to throwing a huge party for her son, which would also serve as their debut into Hollywood society.

But due to the ongoing lockdown in the United States, Prince Harry, Markle, and Archie celebrated the latter’s birthday quietly in their home in Los Angeles.

The insider also claimed that Markle lashed out at Prince Harry because he was unable to follow her outrageous demands.

“Meghan’s very good at getting Harry to do her bidding while she insists she’s focusing on mothering. Apparently, poor Harry was tearing his hair out trying to find stuff he’s honestly never heard of before – smash cakes, socially distant entertainers, gifts for Archie and, of course, something special for Meghan,” the source said.

But according to the rumor-debunking site, Gossip Cop the claims made by the tabloid are incorrect. Markle didn’t lash out at Prince Harry, days before their son’s birthday. The Duchess of Sussex didn’t also have some outrageous demands for Archie’s first birthday.

Prince Harry and Markle have been self-quarantining at home for weeks due to the deadly coronavirus. As such, they are perfectly aware that they couldn’t celebrate Archie’s birthday with their family and friends.

And since the royal couple has been demanding their privacy for years, they are most likely enjoying the fact that they are just at home.

But to commemorate Archie’s special day, Save the Children UK released an adorable video of Markle reading “Duck Rabbit” to her only son. The sweet mother and son moment was captured by Prince Harry from the comfort of their home.

Markle read the children’s book to her son as part of the organization’s Save With Stories initiative.

“Thirty million children rely on school for food. Responding to the needs of kids during these school closures @savethechildren and @nokidhungry have a new fund @SAVEWITHSTORIES to support food banks, and mobile meal trucks, and community feeding programs with funds to do what they do best— and also —with educational toys, books, and worksheets to make sure brains are full, as well as bellies,” the video caption read.
