Matthew Perry is urging Molly Hurwitz to sign a $120 million prenup before they tie the knot.

In its Dec. 21 issue, Life & Style claimed that Perry’s lawyer wants him to be smart when it comes to his assets.

Even though Perry hasn’t had a lot of projects in years, he’s still getting a huge sum of money from his stint in Friends.

As such, his lawyer wants him to make sure that Hurwitz won’t be marrying him for all the wrong reasons.

But a source for the tabloid claimed that if it were only up to Perry, he wouldn’t think about signing a prenup.

However, his friends have been telling him that after their honeymoon phase wears off, Perry would realize that having a prenup is what’s best for them.

The insider said that a prenup will also protect Hurwitz if ever she and Perry would eventually get divorced.

“Besides, she doesn’t love Matthew for his bank account. She loves him for who he is,” the source said.

There have been several rumors surrounding Perry and Hurwitz’s relationship ever since the actor revealed that they got engaged last month.

In its Dec. 21 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Perry decided to propose to Hurwitz after just two years of dating because she’s the only one who can keep him on track.

A source claimed that Hurwitz is aware of how hard it is to be with Perry because of his addiction and demons that’s why they called it quits for a while.

But after they got back together, Perry realized that Hurwitz is the only person that could help keep him off his vices.

Hurwitz was also, allegedly, instrumental in reminding Perry that he shouldn’t binge and should focus on controlling his weight gain.

The insider also claimed that after Perry ballooned to 287 pounds, Hurwitz left him and this served as a wake-up call for the actor.

After Perry made it his mission to get back together with Hurwitz, he also decided that he wants to marry the literary agent.

As of late, Perry and Hurwitz have not confirmed or denied the allegations made by the tabloids. But it is highly possible that they are speculating on the couple’s relationship.

Perry and Hurwitz haven’t also shared when and where they will tie the knot. But it’s likely that they will wait until after the coronavirus pandemic is over, just like the other celebrities who are also set to wed.
