Britney Spears is currently on cloud nine as she celebrates her 39th birthday with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari. The singer celebrated her birthday and wished herself on Dec. 2 while she posted a bunch of cozy pictures with Asghari, who also works as her personal trainer.

The pop star, who has a whopping 131 million social media followers, shared a series of pictures with her 26-year-old boyfriend, who seemed to be choking and kissing her in a fun way. The singer admitted that she is not keeping track of the days, and as a result, she sometimes has to look at her calendar.

The couple started the birthday celebration weeks back as they took a private jet to Maui in November. As per reports, the duo has been enjoying various sports such as cliff diving along with romantic dinner in Lahaina at Merriman Kapalua's lavish resort.

The inseparable couple has been together since 2016 following her music video, Slumber Party. Spears cast him in the sleep-over song as her lover, and since then, they have been dating officially. However, while the pop star is having a good time in Hawaii, Samuel Ingham, the singer's attorney, attended a court hearing on Nov. 10 regarding her 12-year conservatorship.

Jodi Montgomery, who works for Bessemer Trust Company, will take care of the Baby One More Time star's $59M estate till February 2021. However, the control will be handed over to her father, Jamie Spears.

The singer is reportedly upset about her father, and she hasn't met him or spoke with him in the last year. However, the father and daughter might face off each other in the upcoming scheduled hearing on Dec. 16.

The singer was involuntarily held back in 2008 under 5150 psychiatric section, spending maximum time dancing alone in her mansion worth $7.4M in Thousand Oaks. Spears also spent 30 days in an all-encompassing wellness facility in 2019, and her custody of 50-50 was reduced to 30-70 for her two children, Jayden James, 14, and Sean Preston, 15, with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Given that, the singer looks extremely happy in her latest pictures and currently on cloud nine for spending her birthday without any pressure from the court case. Although her father, Jamie, had requested the court to call the star in the court for a hearing, which was denied by the judge.

"Britney has had a rough year when it comes to her conservatorship. While she appreciates what her father has done for her in the past," a source said to ET. The source further revealed that the singer feels that she is absolutely ready to control her healthcare and finances.
