While many celebrities are opening up about their quality time with family, Rebel Wilson revealed her quality year that has been spent well, losing over 20 kilograms. Yes, the 40-year-old actress has been documenting her weight loss journey and sharing with her fans and followers on social media from time to time.

Recently, the actress shared her milestone after reaching 75kg (165lbs). Wilson took Instagram to share a story of her weighing scale and ensured fans that the tangible measurement is being shared just to keep her inspired to lose more.

She clarified that the number is not important when it comes to staying healthy and fit. However, the actress disclosed that she still has one month extra as she reached her milestone in advance. The How to Be Single star informed through her story that she will be live on Instagram on Dec. 1 at 6:00 p.m. once she is back in the United States.

The actress is currently in a fitness center located in Austria. Wilson checked into another country to make sure that she doesn't lose motivation. This is not the first time that the actress went abroad to spend time in a wellness center.

Last year, she first booked VivaMayr in Austria and shared her successful weight loss on social media. The actress opened up about her Mayr Method diet plan, which helped her to lose weight drastically. The actress and comedian announced in 2019 that she would be focusing on her health in 2020, and soon, she began to follow the diet plan provided by the center that helps the clients cut down gluten and sugar intake.

The center ensures that the participant focuses more on sheep’s milk yogurt, fresh fish, and vegetables with high alkaline. Earlier this month, the actress revealed that she went back to the center because her 2021 will be extremely busy as she has many scheduled projects.

Wilson revealed that she wanted to lose two kilograms and reach the goal by increasing her immune system. Despite setting a weight goal, the actress explained that she intended to stay healthy rather than reaching a particular number on the weighing scale.

“I would say to everyone out there, don't be obsessed about how much you actually weigh. It's more about all the healthy practices, and then the changes to your whole lifestyle," she added. Since the actress started posting her weight loss journey, she received massive support on social media.
