Emma Stone might be a Hollywood A-lister today, but she has some pleasant memories of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt being nice to her and her mom at the Golden Globe Awards ceremony in 2011.

She is one of the most famous stars of the tinsel town today. However, that does not mean Stone has forgotten her roots. The actress was interacting with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show when she revealed her fond memories of being seated next to Jolie and Pitt.

They were all attending the Golden Globe Awards of 2011, and her mother, Krista, was also accompanying her. Stone was attending the award function for the first time in her life then and was incredibly excited.

The actress recalls how her mom was slightly tipsy after having a few glasses of champagne and started chatting animatedly with the Salt actress. Both she and her mom had a great evening.

She still remembers the hilarious chat her mom had with Jolie. She was asking the Maleficent actress all those questions whose answers she already knew. Krista asked Jolie questions like whether they had children or not when the whole world, including her, knew the answer. However, Stone knew that her mom was trying to make polite conversation, according to a report by Daily Mail.

Emma Stone also mentions that the role she plays in her recent movie The Croods: A New Age has drawn inspiration from Monica's character, played by Courteney Cox in the popular sitcom Friends. When she watched the show, the actress felt she was inspired by Monica’s character a lot.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt has revealed how it feels watching a film with David Fincher in an interview given to The New York Times. The duo has worked together in three movies and is close pals.

Pitt mentions that he finds Fincher's behavior extremely funny whenever they are together for their movie nights. The director can hardly keep quiet and constantly talks throughout the film.

His ex-wife Angelina Jolie, on the other hand, seems to be busy with her mommy duties. The actress was spotted with Vivienne, her 12-year-old daughter, on an outing recently, according to Mirror.co.in.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still engaged in a bitter court battle to settle their custody-related matters even though the court has declared them legally single. The couple got married in 2014 after being in a relationship for several years but split only two years later.
