Remembrance Day is one of the biggest events the British royal family attends annually. The solemn event, which sees dead veterans being honored, is an important matter to the firm as many royal men choose careers in the British Armed Forces.

Prince Harry most especially reveals how close to his heart this celebration of death is as he has served the longest in the Royal Army and has done two tours in Afghanistan.

According to reports, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle requested Royal courtiers for a wreath to be laid at the Cenotaph on behalf of the Remembrance Day services.

This was said to have been denied by royal officials because the royal pair no longer represented the royal family.

Reports have also revealed that this denial of the request was not known to the Queen and that the request of the couple did not reach her personally.

There are several questions as to who ordered the denial of Prince Harry’s request. Rumors have sprouted that it could only have been Prince Charles or Prince William.

There is a high possibility that Prince William was said to have ordered the courtiers to not lay a wreath for the Sussex’s in a bid to furthermore separate them from the royal firm.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle found another way to celebrate Remembrance Day in the US.

The royal pair laid flowers and a wreath at the Los Angeles National Cemetery on Sunday. The couple paid their respects to two soldiers who had served in the Royal Canadian Artillery and one from the Royal Australian Air Force.

Insiders are claiming that the decision of the royal firm to deny his request to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph has devastated the Prince, who has served in the British Army far longer than anyone else.

The Prince reached Captain's rank without the help of honorary titles during his career in the Army, and he also launches ‘Invictus Games’, which gave wounded veterans a chance to show their sport on a world stage.

Claims have been made that the ongoing feud between the brothers is the true reason behind this narrative, and Prince William’s hot-blooded action was out of pure anger for his brother still.

Despite that, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex still laid bare that they will still hold the royal family’s name high on events such as Remembrance Day.
