Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine may have gotten out of prison last April via compassionate release, but that doesn’t mean his legal troubles are over. Just recently, it was revealed that the rapper was being sued under the Child Victims Act.

Page Six reports that the rapper has been sued by the girl he featured in a sexually explicit video that he uploaded to the internet back in 2015. At the time, the girl was only a minor at 13-years-old.

Aside from 6ix9ine, also included in the lawsuit is rapper Tauquan “Tay Milly” Anderson. In the video, the girl is seen giving oral sex naked to Anderson while 6ix9ine is thrusting behind her and slapping her butt. Anderson was 21-years-old at the time and 6ix9ine, 18.

The girl alleges that she was given drugs and alcohol at that Harlem party in 2015, impairing her mental state and preventing her from consenting to the recording of the sexual acts performed. The suit also emphasizes that she was a minor at the time, further preventing her from consenting to the recording.

Further details of the suit are revealed by The Blast. According to the court filing, the victim was videotaped on three occasions without her consent. Aside from the video of her giving oral sex, the victim was also videotaped on 6ix9ine’s lap as well as being groped by Milly while she was on the two rappers’ laps.

The media outlet also notes that this is not the first time that 6ix9ine has been taken to court because of this incident. Back in 2018, he took a plea deal and admitted his guilt in making and distributing a sexually explicit video featuring a minor. He ended up serving four years in probation.

The victim says that the distribution of the video has resulted in severe psychological and emotional injuries. She also pointed out that 6ix9ine’s fame meant that millions of people would have seen the videos of her being abused.

It was only last April that 6ix9ine -- real name Daniel Hernandez -- was given a compassionate release as he was serving a two-year sentence for carrying a firearm, assault with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy murder, and racketeering.

The release was granted after 6ix9ine’s lawyers argued that the coronavirus spreading in the prison system was enough reason for the rapper to be released on humanitarian grounds.

6ix9ine had earlier been facing either 47 years in prison or a life sentence for his involvement in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. However, he opted to take a plea bargain and gave information on gang members Anthony Ellison and Aljermiah Mack.
