The royal sister-in-laws Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are often compared to one another, which was not surprising.

In a recent dialogue between Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, and Noble Prize winner Malala Yousafzai, body language experts notice that the Duchess of Sussex was somehow ‘mimicking’ a certain stance from sister-in-law Kate Middleton.

The interview video uploaded by Malala’s social media team shows Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their brand new chateau in Santa Barbara.

Immediately the Duchess’s choice in wardrobe and make-up immediately catches the attention of the viewer.

Noticeably Meghan took a more ‘self-diminishing’ stance, a major difference from her previous interview where the mom of one showed more confidence.

Body language expert Judi James pointed out that Meghan’s stance showed more deference to Malala’s personal experiences.

Ms. James brought up Kate’s stance that is similar to Meghan’s. Kate has been praised for being able to sympathize in personal engagements, while Meghan shows her prowess and confidence.

According to Ms. James, Meghan’s hand gestures during the interview revealed that the actress is in awe of the women right’s activist.

"Every time she does bring her hands out to gesticulate, she pops them back between her legs in ‘resting’ mode,” Judi said.

Harry and Meghan’s intimate interview setting also reflected the couple’s ‘family bond.’ Judi James noted that Meghan and Harry are showing viewers that their family is doing well and are closer than ever.

There have been allegations that Prince Harry will travel to the United Kingdom sooner than later for the Queen's crisis talks.

The stance the couple portrayed in the interview very much demystified the rumors surrounding the reason for Harry’s future trip.

Both Harry and Meghan are also showing a unified front, according to the body language analyst. Meghan noticeably nods her head when Malala asks Harry questions, which James branded as ‘team-thinking,’ and the same goes when Meghan is asked.

There is also a great difference between Harry and Meghan’s level of comfort with interviews. Harry was noted to be often fidgeting and playing with his fingers in the dialogue, while Meghan Markle looked relaxed and at home.

James believes that the two are doing well within their own home, outside of the royal firm. The continuous comparison made between the Sussex’s and Cambridge’s is inevitable, but Meghan and Harry prove that they have their own set of goals different from their counterparts.
