As a massive tragedy threatens the existence of Dermline Island, someone appears who can save the day for the inhabitants. Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Episode 3 will see a new character arriving. The installment is titled The Hero’s Tutor.

The official preview trailer for Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Episode 3 showcases the tutor will likely train Dai.

The new episode revolves around the threat to the island and Dai intensive training with the tutor. It remains what he has to offer to Dai.

“When a terrible calamity threatens Dermline Island, a man calling himself a tutor appears before Dai. To save the island and the world, together with Popp, the Young Mage trainee, Dai decides to undertake a special hard training!” reads the preview from the upcoming episode of the anime series.

The last episode starts with princess Leona meeting Dai. The royal family of the Papnica Kingdom has served the gods for a long time.

Meanwhile, Princess Leona, who will be celebrating her 14th birthday, must partake in a ritual to get the blessing of the Earth god.

They seek land on the island for the ritual. And it has been 50 years since a member of the royal family has undergone the ritual.

The Papnica Kingdom visitors want Dai to take them to the cave. However, the cave is a dangerous place, and they wonder if it is safe for them to take Princess Leona. However, the magic taught to the princess will help her fight any threat.

Dai whispers to Grampa that he has no desire to take her to the cave as she seems rude. Grampa puts down his request and tells the visitors that he will assist the princess in any way possible.

Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Episode 3 is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020. The episodes are available online on Crunchyroll.
