Yamato goes all out to save a life in Digimon Adventure Episode 20. The new episode is called The Seventh One Awakens.

The official promotional trailer for Digimon Adventure Episode 20 has been released, teasing what happens next in the world of Digimon.

“Yamato risks his life to save Takeru. And the Holy Digimon makes an appearance at last. Next time on Digimon Adventure: The Seventh One Awakens,” reads the preview from the series's upcoming installment.

Meanwhile, Twitter user Wikimon, a trusted Digimon-related source, has shared the forthcoming episode's synopsis translation. The synopsis hints that Takeru is in the Digital World but is abducted by Velgrmon. Yamato, Taichi, Metal Greymon and Were Garurmon desperately try to go after them.

Meanwhile, despite knowing the danger posed by Velgrmon, Yamato and Were Garurmon battle it several times.

Later, in the episode, they think they have defeated Velgrmon. However, they are shocked. Velgrmon rises again and attacks them. Just when they thought they lost the battle, a flash of light appears.

In episode 19 of the series, the episode opens with a shot of Nidhoggmon. The birth and death become a foundation and the path to attain evolution’s end will soon see glimpses of success.

The Digimon wants the unexpected gift that was brought to him. Meanwhile, Taichi is trying to connect with Koshiro. He cannot get through Mimi, Joe or Sora. Finally, Koshiro can get in touch with Taichi and the others. Koshiro tells Taichi that Sora, Mimi and Joe are with him.

Taichi tells Koshiro that he is with Agumon, Gabumon and Yamato. Koshiro reveals that they came to real Tokyo. Taichi and company are shocked at this revelation.

Digimon Adventure Episode 20 is scheduled to broadcast on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020. Crunchyroll is streaming the episode online in Japanese with English subtitles.
