The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be debuting on their first-ever Podcast guesting since their decision to leave the royal firm in March 2020.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to guest in ‘Teenage Therapy’ podcast, a podcast made famous by five teenagers who openly talk about their battles as teenagers in America.

The royal couple especially chose this podcast as their first in America to open up World Mental Health Day, a topic the couple strongly advocates for.

The podcast hosts describe themselves as 'Five stressed, sleep-deprived, yet energetic teens sit down and talk about the struggles that come with being a teenager.'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were said to have discovered the podcast accidentally, having listened to many of their episodes and then deciding that they wanted to guest for World Mental Health Day.

One of the podcast hosts, Gael, asked the couple what they want to be called during their recorded conversation wherein Prince Harry answered they could call them whatever they want.

Gael then answered ‘Big H.’

During the podcast, Prince Harry is said to open up about his own struggle with mental health.

The Duke of Sussex shared a story of how he was so grief-stricken after his mother's death that he had to seek help from a professional.

Prince Harry has often revealed in many of his past engagements with Mental Health events of his struggle, saying that he had often been on the verge of a breakdown.

He also credits his older brother, Prince William, for being one of the biggest support systems during these tough times.

The Duke has also made headlines earlier this year after he revealed that he was working with Oprah Winfrey on a Mental Health Documentary Series aired on AppleTV.

Prince Harry has been a major patron for many Mental Health organizations in the UK, his own experiences have made him a good influential speaker on Mental Health.

His 10-year career with the British Royal Army has also given him a lot of mental stress. The 10-year career of Prince Harry, lovingly called by his peers as Captain Windsor, gave him the taste of normality.

There are many topics the couple will tackle during the podcast, Meghan Markle’s own experiences on top of Prince Harry will also be discussed.

The podcast will be made available on World Mental Health Day.
