Prince Harry has, reportedly, disconnected from his role in the military since he and Meghan Markle quit The Firm.

While speaking with Express, royal expert Penny Junor said that General Sir Richard Dannatt’s comments could pressure the Duke of Sussex into returning home to the United Kingdom.

“He makes his own choices but we miss him and I hope that in a change of circumstances, that I can’t envisage, he returns to take up more traditional royal duties. Harry and Meghan are very much involved in other things and that’s their life choice and I don’t criticize them for that,” Dannatt said.

Junor said that if Prince Harry would hear Dannatt’s comments, he might be encouraged to fly back to the United Kingdom.

In an article for Mirror, Junor said that the military was the making of the Duke of Sussex. While there, Prince Harry found something that he was good at.

“He also proved to be a very gifted leader, able to motivate a team of people while earning their respect and affection,” she said.

But earlier this week, it was announced that Prince William will take over Prince Harry’s role as the Captain-General of the Marines. Initially, it was announced that Prince Harry would continue to serve the role even after his Megxit.

However, after his recent comments about politics and the elections in the United States, he was, reportedly, stripped of his position.

“The Sussexes’ intervention in the US presidential election, no matter how carefully worded, was deemed by palace officials to have crossed a line. It’s likely to have effects,” royal correspondent Richard Palmer said.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Markle also made headlines this week amid reports that they’ve reached a settlement with the photo agency that took snaps of their son, Archie, while at home.

On Thursday, the court documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court revealed that photo agency X17 agreed to stop distributing photos of the 1-year-old with his grandmother, Doria Ragland.

The photo agency also agreed to surrender all copies of the photos. Additionally, the photo agency apologized to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Michael Kump, the attorney of Prince Harry and Markle, revealed that the agency also agreed to shoulder part of the legal fees.
