The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been missing in action in the royal family’s Christmas holidays since last year. Rumors have erupted that Harry and Meghan were planning to join them this year, but this has since been debunked by several insiders, revealing that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be spending it in their new home in California.

It was exposed yesterday that Harry and Meghan Markle had no plans of going back to the UK to join the festivities with the royal family in Sandringham.

This marks the second year that the ‘problematic’ couple has skipped the holidays with there British relatives.

Now, news has circulated that Harry has invited music producer David Foster, 70, and his wife, singer turned actress, Katherine Mcphee, 36 over for the Christmas holidays.

According to insiders, Prince Harry has considered the Canadian music producer as his ‘surrogate’ father, becoming close to Mr. Foster over the years of servitude in the royal family.

David Foster and Katherine Mcphee are said to have invited the Sussex’s first into their home to spend Christmas with them, but Meghan offered that she hosts the party instead.

Meghan Markle is, reportedly, going to cook during the festivities, and will relive many of her traditional Christmas celebrations growing up.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Katherine Mcphee have known each other long before as it seems that the two went to high school together in the same school.

David Forster’s relationship with Meghan is unknown but it is most probable that the two already know each other through Prince Harry.

The royal family has not released their official time table for their Christmas holidays, as the pandemic continuous to ravage the world.

Although the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh are already situated in Sandringham Estate, the traditional royal Christmas holidays in Sandringham is a probable event.

As for Harry and William’s relationship, the fallout of the brothers is said to mending. Prince William was alleged to have reached out to Prince Harry on his birthday last September 17.

A source has claimed that Harry and William are in better terms as of now, but there is still a long way to go for the brothers.

Harry and Meghan skipping the Christmas festivities with the royal family might be a good plan as the royal family has had qualms with the recent commercial ventures of the couple, especially their deal with Netflix.
