Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore have successfully warmed hearts with their on-screen performance in Blended, 50 First Dates, and The Wedding Singer. The 54-year-old actor revealed that he is all set to work with the 45-year-old actress once again.

The actor also spoke about Julie Bowen, who worked with him on his upcoming project, Hubie Halloween. In an interview with Lauren Zima, Sandler admitted that he is looking forward to working with Barrymore on a new film.

While the actor said that he did love to work with Barrymore whenever she wants, he understands that her schedule is occupied due to her latest talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show. Sandler went on to praise the actress and said that she is rock solid even in her real life.

“[She] just knows how to talk to you [and] make you say, ‘Hmmm, maybe I'll discuss this with you.’ I always open up when I talk to Drew. She's gonna do that with the whole world,” he explained. Sandler recently helped the Charlie's Angels star to enact a performance on the premiere of her latest talk show from 50 First Dates.

He also revealed that they recorded a show together, which will go live soon. While fans will be treated with Sandler and Barrymore through the talk show, he will also appear once again with the 50-year-old actress on Hubie Halloween.

Sandler applauded Bowen and said that she is great. The on-screen pair worked together in Happy Gilmore movie back in 1996. The actor confessed binge-watching the Modern Family and revealed that his children watch the sitcom almost daily amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The actor went on and said that it felt really nice to work with Bowen again. She portrayed Hubie's character in the movie. Sandler explained that this movie is special not only because of Bowen but also his daughters, Sunny, who is 11-year-old and Sadie, who is 14-year-old along with his wife, Jackie as they will make a guest appearance in the film.

While the girls already have a strong portfolio, working in Hubie Halloween during the holiday period is amazing for Sandler's family. The actor revealed that the setup was created in a way that it looked like Halloween season throughout the summer.

Sandler explained that his children and wife were dressed up and called himself looking like a buffoon jokingly. The actor seemed to be extremely delighted as his daughters are following his path when it comes to acting.
