There are new revelations in the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. Allegedly, before Lanez shot four times at the 25-year-old rapper's feet, he asked her to dance. However, to cover up his mistake Lanez immediately offered cash.

The 28-year-old Canadian rapper announced on Sept. 25 that he will be returning to the spotlight again. The rapper took Twitter to apologize for maintaining silence but he hinted that it was a "respectful" decision.

Lanez's new project named Daystar will refer to the incident that took place with Stallion in July. The ruckus got him charged and arrested for keeping a concealed weapon and for the Girls in the Hood star who suffered two wounds on her feet due to gunshot.

Stallion immediately confirmed that Lanez was the one who shot her feet and his publicist team is trying their best to spread lies through blogs and social media. Moreover, she admitted to Instagram Live that her intention was to keep the incident secret but his team got it on the internet.

A close source to the incident recently confirmed to Complex that the claims are absolutely true. The source further revealed that Lanez did offer Stallion's friend, Kelsey Nicole a good amount of money for the sake of keeping quiet.

“As she’s going into surgery, this maniac is texting her. He’s basically trying to say he’ll pay. Her friend is [also] getting calls to receive money. He was trying to keep her quiet,” the source added. When an outlet reached Lanez's rep for comments, they refused the claims and said that it is insane and fabricated.

Lanez also denied the accusation. Although the I Told You singer recently used the incident to tease his cover photo of the upcoming album, Daystar. The representative of Lanez said that the latest album is dropped on his mother, Luella Peterson's birthday, and also death anniversary as they fall on the same day.

Lanez involved Kylie Jenner's name in the event and said that Stallion lied about the incident because she got jealous of Jenner and him flirting at the party. He also made a tepid apology for his loud behavior and lashing out.

According to Lanez, it is the past traumas that made him like that and people often mix his status with his attitude. However, there are many celebrities who supported Stallion such as Halle Berry, J.R. Smith, Chance the Rapper.
