President Donald Trump is in a rush to replace the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat as soon as possible. There is no harm but the hurry is against Ginsburg’s dying wish of delaying the replacement until after the new President is installed after the November 3 presidential election. As per Ginsburg’s granddaughter, it was Ginsburg's last wish that the next Supreme Court Justice isn’t chosen in current Donald Trump’s regime.

Trump has expressed his wish and obligation to act as soon as possible to announce Ginsburg’s replacement. The POTUS has given a promise to the people of America to fill the vacant seat left by Ginsburg with nobody but a woman – so that her perspective and approach on important gender issues can be extended better.

The front-runners for the seat are American attorneys Amy Coney Barrett and Barbara Lagoa. Both the ladies have been appointed to the office by Donald Trump during his presidential course. Amy assumed office on November 2, 2017, and Barbara started as an incumbent last year on December 6, 2019.

Despite his efforts not to botch up the situation about his gender preferences in the office, the President has still got flak from the Dems and people for ignoring Ginsburg’s dying wish. Leading the “criticism-club” is Trump’s rival and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Right after the news of Ginsburg passing away emerged, Biden called on the Trump administration to hold on the selection process and delay the replacement as per the highly revered Justice’s wish. In addition to Biden, the former US president, Barack Obama also expressed his wish that new Justice should not be selected before the presidential election.

As obvious, Trump didn’t pay a shred of attention to what the Dem representatives asked for and is moving on to find the fast-track replacement before the election.

“Uphold your constitutional duty, your conscience. Let the people speak. Cool the flames that have engulfed our country.” Further to it, the presidential nominee added on to say that Trump’s push to jam the nomination through is equivalent to “abuse of power.”

Speaking of what impression the country may form of Trump due to his thoughtless action, Biden said, "I believe voters will make it clear -- they will not stand for this abuse of power, this constitutional abuse," said Biden, who urged the Senate not to act until after the November 3 election.”

The tip is that - Trump’s natural push for fast-track selection of new Justice points at a variety of motives.
