Charlotte Hawkins made an appearance on the latest episode of Good Morning Britain to float about the details of her Friday Morning’s installment updates.  But it didn’t go as straight as one would expect an update announcement to do.

Hawkins’ clip was shared with viewers - that wasn't quite okay for her – a clip that comes from another famous ITV show that features an on-screen mishap.

Charlotte is GMB’s new reporter who joined the desk alongside Kate Garraway and Alex Beresford. As the show title suggests, the show started on a very happy and refreshing note, but soon after the great start, Charlotte happened to be cringing due to an on-screen mishap. The TV presenter was clearly seen struggling to give an answer to one of the questions thrown at her. This event took place ahead of her appearance of Celebrity Catchphrase tomorrow night.

Hawkins was shown the clip from one of her previous TV appearances featuring a potty appearing to be heading for the gym, not exactly quite heading but jogging on the way. To the clip, the popular TV presenter curiously asked if that’s a running potty or something else. To those who missed the show, it was, in fact, a running potty.

On the show, Charlotte was joined by Andy Whyment from Coronation Street, who didn’t miss the chance to poke fun at it.  Andy suggested that it was sort of like an “exercise potty.”

All the potty talk unsettled Hawkins and she was nothing but a red-faced presenter with her expressions speaking more than words.

As per the theme of the show, Charlotte was given a picture that she had to describe or simply just describe all that you see on the screen. Unfortunately, Charlotte couldn’t find the right catchphrase and one that she made up was way off in a ridiculously funny manner.

Shedding light on what exactly happened in that embarrassing bit, Charlotte said that it would have been better had they edited that scene out.

“If only we could edit that bit out, they’re saying, ‘Say what you see,’ and sometimes the catchphrases are not…It’s like a running potty, a potty running… I mean that’s not actually a Catchphrase. Unfortunately, there’s nothing worse than when you can’t get the answer, you know it’s in there somewhere but you can’t get it out!”

During the show, Charlotte requested the presenter to cut that bit out, but certainly, her request wasn’t paid any heed too.
