Chris Pratt split with his Anna Faris in 2017 and now, the home they made their marital memories is sold. Yes, the former couple has sold their house based in Los Angeles, which they shared back in the days when they were married.

While the cost of the house is $4.75 million in 2020, when the pair brought back in 2013 it valued $3.3 million in Hollywood Hills West location. The duo listed their house for selling in 2018 and the agents of the listing were Natasha Barrett and Billy Rose from The Agency.

The mansion was originally built in 1979 in the Mediterranean-style. It consists of two-story and the 41-year-old star with his then-wife made some extensive up-gradation on the house. The 43-year-old actress and Pratt added wood-beamed ceilings, a den with a wet bar, and a gated driveway in the 4,700 square foot home.
