Actress Keshia Knight Pulliam has grown up in front of the camera as she began her career as a child star. The actress portrayed Rudy Huxtable's character in The Cosby Show where she played the youngest daughter of Clair and Cliff Huxtable.

Knight Pulliam holds a record of being the only youngest star ever to get nominated at the age of six for an Emmy. The NBC sitcom that aired in 1986 rose fame to her career at a very tender age. However, now fans wonder if her three-year-old daughter is likely to follow her mother's path in the entertainment industry.

The mother of one said that her daughter is well informed that her mother is into the acting profession and the 41-year-old star revealed that her daughter asked her once if she could also be in the same profession after growing up. In an interview with Nischelle Turner, the actress disclosed that she responded to her daughter with positive feedback.

"I said, 'Whatever you want to do, mommy is going to support you.' And I told her, 'You've seen mommy as a little girl on TV, so understand that whatever you dream, you don't have to wait to be a grown-up to do it. You can start right now,'" she explained.

Knight Pulliam confessed that she never wants to be a mother who stops her daughter from doing anything. She explained there is nothing wrong with her daughter to join the entertainment field as a profession if she is interested.

However, Knight Pulliam feels that if her daughter chose to follow her footsteps in the future then definitely she will have the best guidance. She said after living the life of an actress for so long, she has enough experience to navigate her own daughter.

Although Tyler Perry's House of Payne star said that if her daughter wants to sell "snow cones" on the streets of Alaska, even then she will support her daughter and stand tall with her. Sometime back the actress shared a picture on Instagram in which she and her daughter smiled at the camera and captioned it as "little best friend".

Meanwhile, the actress will be seen portraying Miranda Lucas-Payne's character once again as the show returns after almost a decade's gap. Fans are excited to see the chemistry between Calvin, portrayed by actor Lance Gross and Miranda's character. The series came to an end when Miranda's character sought a divorce from her husband, which kept viewers curious about the upcoming season.
