Despite what others might think about the President’s attitude towards military servicemen, Donald Trump has, on multiple occasions, tried to straighten up his image that he is no foe to soldiers. The intensity of his comments came to an all-time high at the recent Labor Day press conference at the White House.

Declining the incendiary remark from The Atlantic, President Trump said that there is nothing but love and harmony between him and the American military servicemen. As obvious, Trump didn’t hold back from taking a dig at his presidential opponent Joe Biden, blaming him for endangering soldiers.

Trump said that Joe Biden has sent the youth of America for battles around the globe, “threw open” the borders, and “shipped away” American jobs. The fact check hasn’t been conducted yet, but it surely will have two sides.

In addition to that, Trump is calling his dibs on the credit of eliminating the international terrorist organization ISIS. The President made claims that it’s his philosophy that resulted in “100 percent” dismantling of the caliphate. He further suggested that the job is done and soldiers should come back home but some don’t want to come back as they enjoy spending a lot of money.

Trump claimed that he is the one who has been behind the integrated efforts to stop the war and he doesn’t want American soldiers to go for wars - that do nothing but ensure that bomb-manufacturing companies, plane companies, and everything related to war can stay content and happy.

Trump added that he doesn’t insist that the military supports him, but he is certain that American soldiers are "in love" with him.

President Trump may be saying what’s hard for many to believe, but he has, no doubt, given a glimpse of what lies next for America. Trump has been the aim of a string of attacks lately, not only from the Democrats but even the news publishing houses have been one of the major reasons that are bent on derailing Trump’s campaigns.

Even the pro-Trump Fox News seems to have changed sides giving confirmation on the reports of disparagement against the President. In response, Trump called for the firing for the reporter who confirmed the reports.

It’ll be interesting to where the upcoming policies are directed towards. Whether it be Trump or Biden, the military is going to get some attention for the get-go of the next term.
