The global coronavirus pandemic isn’t stopping love from blooming all over the world, and that is especially true for celebrities. Over the past few months, a number of celebrities have grabbed the headlines because of their relationships, with the latest being Zac Efron.

People reports that the 32-year-old actor was spotted over the weekend having brunch with Vanessa Valladares, who is rumored to be his new girlfriend. The pair were spotted in a cafe in Lennox Head, Australia.

Quoting a source, People says that Efron and Valladares met back in July when Valladares was a waiter at the Byron Bay General Store and Cafe. Since that meeting, the pair have apparently gotten along so well that they have even taken a ski trip together.

The sighting in the Byron Bay cafe comes after the couple was seen disembarking from a Jetstar flight in Ballina airport, according to news.com.au. At that sighting, the pair were seen wearing masks and casual clothing, with Efron carrying Valladares’s bag for her.

The publication also says that since meeting with Efron, Valladares has not only quit her waitressing job at the Byron Bay General Store and Cafe, she has also moved in with Efron at Belongil Beach.

It also looks like Efron won’t be leaving Valladares any time soon, as news.com.au reports that the actor recently canceled a flight back to Los Angeles that was supposed to leave last month. Efron made the decision after Australia’s Department of Home Affairs extended his tourist visa to 12 months.

Another celebrity couple that became prominent during the global coronavirus pandemic is that of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who just recently made their relationship Instagram-official.

Fox and Kelly met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, which had to halt production because of the global coronavirus pandemic. The pair ended up quarantining together and the time spent together soon evolved into a relationship.

The couple confirmed their relationship on the podcast Give Them Lala...With Randall, with Kelly revealing that he waited on the stairs of his trailer just to catch a glimpse of Fox’s eyes. Fox, on the other hand, said she immediately recognized her connection with Kelly and called him a “twin flame.”

Other celebrity couples that were in the news during the pandemic include David and Victoria Beckham’s son, Brooklyn, who announced his engagement to actress Nicola Peltz.

Niall Horan, formerly of One Direction, has also, reportedly, found love with Amanda Wooley, a shoe buyer for Nicholas Kirkwood.
