Brie Bella is waiting with bated breath to go back to the gym as she revealed during her Instagram Live appearance over the weekend. The former WWE Divas Champion said she is only 13 pounds away from getting her pre-baby weight back.

Brie welcomed her second child with husband WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan, Buddy, on Aug. 1. Five weeks after the delivery, the Total Divas star told her 7.8 million Instagram followers that she needs just one more week to be cleared by her doctor to go back to the gym and start working out again.

“I've been dying to work out," Bella said in the video. The professional wrestler went on to reveal that she is just 13 pounds away from her weight before pregnancy. In addition to medical restrictions, Bella opened up about another factor that's stopping her from returning to the gym.

“It's hot, right?" Brie said complaining about the heatwave. During the live video, she asked her followers to share some tips and tricks to getting back in shape. She insisted that she wants to get in shape, and is missing the gym.

Brie said one of her followers told her that she could do 30 minutes of hardcore walking on a treadmill, noting that she will try that. She urged her followers and fans to help her figure out some good tricks.

Her appearance on the Instagram Live comes just two weeks after Bella posted a make-up free photo of herself breastfeeding her baby. Bella shared daughter Birdie Joe with Bryan, 39, who is currently signed to WWE.

Brie has not shied away from discussing her pregnancy or talking about her life as a new mom with her fans. In a recent Instagram post, the former WWE Superstar told her fans that she is prioritizing self-care after giving birth, and revealed that recovery has been very different with her second child, ET reported.

She urged her followers to be proud of their bodies, and be open and honest about the process as this will help future moms to be more prepared. Brie has been accompanied by her sister, Nikki in every of the way. Nikki, also a former WWE Superstar, gave birth to her baby boy, Matteo, one day before her sister gave birth to her second child.

Brie and Nikki were signed with the WWE as a tag team, The Bella Twins. They won several championships including Tag Team Championships during their WWE career. The WWE Universe has been urging them to return to the squared ring one more time, but none of the sisters have confirmed their return to the entertainment company.
