Although he is touted as one of America's lowest-rated presidents, according to US News, Donald Trump has a lot of supporters, and as expected, they aren't welcomed at a lot of places. A new video shows two anti-Trump protesters throwing water on a couple that came to show their support for the president, during his visit to Kenosha, Wisconsin on Monday.

The incident was observed and attested by Fox News. The media company approached the targeted couple John and Laurie Ward, who were supporting the president. In the footage, an anti-Trump protester is seen throwing water on Laurie's face two times before her husband, John holds her back as the protesters run outside the Kenosha County Courthouse.

A few minutes before the protestors threw water on the married couple, a Fox News photographer said he saw one of the two protester spit on the arm of an aged woman who was carrying a Trump sign. The two anti-Trump protesters, both females, swapped their clothes before engaging with Trump supporters again.

"Once again, this is not Kenosha," Laurie said. Insisting this behavior isn't representative of her town, Laurie told Fox News during an interview that the people of the Kenosha were always known as "Ken-no-where."

Ward told Fox News that the women got into a verbal altercation with her and started screaming cuss words. She threw water at Laurie when she told her only people without intelligence use that kind of language.

Laurie's husband, John said neither he nor his wife has a racist bone in their body, adding that they look at people as people, but do not like being attacked. He went on to say that getting attacked by someone trying to burn down their city is wrong.

John said they threw water at them when he tried to tell them that they are party to the crime of anarchy, and are liable to be prosecuted. Describing this behavior as "not American," he said the anti-Trump protestors didn't like what they heard and retaliated by throwing water at them.

Trump visited Kenosha on Tuesday after the city witnessed riots triggered by the shooting of 29-year-old Black man Jacob Blake at the hand of police officer Rusten Sheskey. Blake was shot seven times, leaving him paralyzed.

Protesters have taken to the streets every night following the shooting, with some demonstrators causing unrest, damaging buildings, and vehicles. According to authorities, a 17-year-old from northern Illinois Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed two protesters in Kenosha earlier this week, while Rittenhouse's team claim he acted in self-defense.
