During the pandemic-period, multiple celebrities brushed aside their hot properties and Courteney Cox is the newest addition to the list. The Friends vet has sold her luxury condo in the star-studded building for $2.9 million.

Cox wrapped up the off-market deal last month which includes one of her two adjoining apartments in the Sierra Towers. The luxury apartment tower stands astride Beverly Hills and West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California - which is a dream place to call home for many.

The building is the home to a string of Hollywood stars including Courteney's buddy Sandra Bullock and Adam Sandler. Some of the past tenants of the building were Cher, Elton John, the late Diahann Carroll, and Lindsay Lohan. While numerous celebrities still call it home,

Variety reported that the deal netted Cox $4,00,000 more than what she paid in the year 2014 to buy the apartment. According to the reports, the TV veteran sold her condominium apartment to her next-door neighbor LA socialite Angelique Soave.

It was three years ago that Soave acquired her initial 2-bedroom apartment next to Cox. Interestingly, Soave made previous deal also with an actress, Dynasty’s Joan Collins for $4.4 million.

The property has been a darling to celebrities for a special reason – obviously, it’s otherworldly luxurious - besides that, it gives a home-feeling that is tough to find in the high-end areas of the city.

In Haenishc’s 2018 book, Personal Space, the former Cougar Town star shed light on the speciality of the property, a passage reads, “A community-like feeling that is hard to find in Los Angeles.”

“This is a house I’ll never move from,” she said of the oceanfront home in 2017, “it really is so special to me.”

The 56-year old owns multiple properties all across the US, however, the most popular of them all is her Malibu house. This is the one where Cox spends a bulk of her leisure time or breaks from work. According to the actress, her Malibu house has a very special place in the heart and she would never want to move away from there.

It’s so likely that her Malibu house may be the one that never comes on the shelves, provided her love for the location.

Cox is currently at her home in Los Angeles – taking the pandemic break with her Coco. Soon, she will be seen reprising her role as news reporter Gale Weathers in the upcoming Scream 5 sequel. In addition, a Friends reunion is also on the way
