Avid followers of the famous American television series are very much thrilled about what to transpire in its upcoming fourth installment. The CW confirmed Dynasty Season 4 on Jan. 7, 2020 alongside the renewal of other shows including Supergirl, Charmed, Batwoman, All American, Legends of Tomorrow, Nancy Drew, The Flash, and Riverdale among others.

Despite the major delays on the productions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, theories and speculations about the imminent new season continue to sprout here and there. So, what should fans expect in Dynasty Season 4? Here are all the things we know so far.

Fallon and Liam’s wedding will happen finally

Showrunner Josh Reims, previously, revealed that the much-awaited nuptials of Fallon Carrington (Elizabeth Gillies) and Liam Ridley (Adam Huber) will be happening in Dynasty Season 4 after several hiccups. During an interview with TVLine, Reims shared that the creative team has prepared for the couple’s big day.

To recall, Fallon and Liam had a tumultuous dating phase since the latter’s mom, Laura Van Kirk (Sharon Lawrence) does not want the Carrington Heiress for her son. Most, if not all fans, are aware that Laura is not on good terms with Alexis Carrington (Elaine Hendrix) that she put her to shame.

Initially, Fallon hired Liam to be her husband to prevent her marriage to Jeff Colby (Sam Adegoke), who later turned out to be her cousin. Adam Carrington’s (Grant Show) only daughter rejected Liam when he admitted his feelings to her and, instead, decided to pursue a relationship with Michael Culhane (Robert Christoper Riley). However, Fallon regretted her decision and, finally, admitted her feelings for Liam.

Blake will go to war with Alexis, Jeff, and Adam

In Season 3, viewers witnessed how things folded between Alexis, Jeff, and Adam (Sam Underwood). Jeff was enraged after he learned that Adam poisoned him and caused his neuro-toxin condition. But, Alexis, who is now Jeff’s wife, did everything just so her husband and son become cordial to each other.

Alexis, Jeff, and Adam are expected to execute their revenge plans against Blake in Dynasty Season 4. It remains to be seen if Alexis and Jeff will continue their marriage, which is merely a business deal, especially after the latter did not receive his wife’s newly developed feelings.

Sam ‘s new relationship will be explored

Meanwhile, there have been speculations that Dynasty Season 4 will explore more on Sam (Rafael de La Fuente) and Ryan (Lachlan Buchanan), who is also known as Scorpio. To recall, the two got married while the hotel owner was intoxicated.

In the “My Hangover’s Arrived” episode, Sam asked Ryan if they can get an easy annulment. The latter agreed but he wants to spend more time with Sam after he enjoyed their first night together. Sam, then, told Scorpio that he does not want to settle down. Ryan quickly took Sam’s phone and put his number in case he changes his mind.

It remains to be seen how if the Sam-Ryan ship will officially sail in Dynasty Season 4, especially since there have been claims saying that Steven Carrington (James Mackay) will return to the series.
