Donald Trump's re-election campaign has claimed that its collaboration with the RNC (Republican National Committee) and their joint fundraising committees managed to bring in a whopping $165 million in contribution last month. Released on Wednesday evening, this Trump campaign statement also suggests that they have over $300 million cash on hand as of the end of July.

The collaboration between the Trump campaign and the RNC is a record and is up more than $30 million from the $131 million they brought in June. There seems to be a slight increase in their war chest total which alluded to the $295 million they had in their campaign coffers by the end of June, Fox News reported.

The campaign touted July as their largest online fundraising month until now. With last month's massive fundraising totals, the excitement behind President Trump’s re-election continues to grow, the president's re-election campaign manager Bill Stepien said.

Noting that Trump supporters show their backing in multiple ways, with donating to his campaign being one of the most personal as it enables them to feel they contributed in his successes, and the future success of the United States. The Trump’s re-election team made the announcement after Joe Biden's presidential campaign revealed that it and the DNC (Democratic National Committee) and their fundraising committees combined brought in $140 million in July.

Moreover, Biden's campaign said it had a staggering $294 million in cash on hand at the end of July, which is an increase of $50 million in treasury over the past month. The $140 million accumulated in July is close to the $141 million the former vice president's campaign and the DNC brought in June, marking the campaign's best monthly figure until now.

The Biden campaign along with the DNC outraised the Trump campaign and the RNC in May, as well as June. The former vice president's campaign revealed that 97 percent of contributions last month came from grassroots donors, noting that the average online contribution was $34.77, according to Courthouse News Service.

The Biden campaign built the momentum earlier this year, with another impressive fundraising month that brought in in another $50 million with the Election Day just around the corner, according to Biden campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillion’s statement. Trump started raising money for his re-election bid as soon as he entered the White House three and a half years ago, and his re-election efforts raised a staggering $1.1 billion in the past two years.
