These days many love stories start through social media and that's how things happened between Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse. The couple began their love story with DMs. However, Sprouse was left hanging for months in Palvin's DM after he spoke with her at an event.

In an interview with W Magazine, Sprouse revealed that he messaged Palvin if she would be interested in hanging out with him. The actor shared his number with the message. This was the first-ever message he slid into the Hungarian model's DM.

The 28-year-old actor explained that he directly messaged her after learning that she has been following Sprouse on Twitter. Although the 26-year-old model didn't revert back for six months. The Budapest based model had her own reasons.

At that time, the model was linked with Justin Bieber and Lewis Hamilton and she thought this might not be a good time. Palvin explained that her mindset wasn't ready at that point and that's the reason she took her own time to revert back.

On the other hand, Sprouse was extremely upset as his message was left on reading. While the actor told the outlet that Palvin was right at her end, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star wasn't ready to "chase" her. Eventually, Palvin reverted back to Sprouse.

Sprouse recognized their two-year anniversary as he posted on social media from Yosemite. "Here's to us looking more alike with each passing year until we're a single beast with four arms and four legs that runs at a top speed of 50 mph and screams like a baboon at nearby travelers trespassing into our woods. I love you,” the actor captioned the selfie.

It seems the risk Sprouse took to text her, worked well! The texting between the duo became endless and multilingual as Palvin is well-versed with English, German, Japanese, and French. The model admitted that language became a barrier for her as she wasn't a text person.

Palvin disclosed that they both shared similar interests and the puns were landing just right. She seemed pleased that Sprouse didn't get disgusted by any of her jokes. She explained that such jokes might turn off someone who has been modeling for big brands such as Chanel, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Vivienne Westwood, and Prada.

Palvin was eager to see if their chemistry is good enough for text or in real life too. She flew to China where the actor was working at that time. Since then, Palvin never left him with blue read marks.
