Prince Charles, allegedly, forced Pierce Brosnan to go into a two-week quarantine in March.

According to Globe, Brosnan attended a charity event earlier this year and Prince Charles was also there. Since the heir to the throne tested positive for coronavirus in March, Brosnan also had to go into quarantine amid fears that he might have contracted the deadly virus.

During a recent interview, Brosnan confirmed that the decision was entirely his. And Prince Charles did not literally force him to go into a two-week quarantine.

“Prince Charles tested positive for coronavirus and so because I’d been with him, I put myself into quarantine here for two weeks away from the family,” Brosnan said.

Based on the actor’s statement, Brosnan isn’t blaming Prince Charles for being at risk for coronavirus. But the tabloid purposely published the misleading headline to put the blame on Prince William and Prince Harry’s father.

When the palace announced that Prince Charles tested positive for COVID-19, they made it clear that the future king didn’t also know how he contracted the illness. But the royal family said that they are doing everything that they can to make sure that he will get better.

Less than two weeks in quarantine and it was announced that Prince Charles is up and about. He also had to stay away from his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles during this period.

Last week, Prince Charles stepped out in public for a royal engagement, which proves that he’s in a much better state.

The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall thanked the workers at a supermarket distribution center for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

Prince Charles also witnessed one of the workers he was talking to faint right in front of him. Even though there were social distancing protocols in place, Prince Charles instinctively reached out his arm to help the worker.

More specifically, Prince Charles and Camilla thanked and congratulated the heads and staff at Asda for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

Richard Sigward, an employee at Asda for the past 17 years, told the royal couple that he has no plans to retire. Sigward also received Camilla’s seal of approval for saying that those who are happy with what they are doing should continue on with their jobs regardless of their age.

Prince Charles, Camilla, and the other members of the royal family are slowly returning to their public engagements amid the coronavirus pandemic.
