Jennifer Lopez and her fiance Alex Rodriguez have bought another home West Coast of the United States. The recently engaged couple's new home is located in Encino, California.

Bearing a steep price tag of $1.4 million, Lopez and Rodriguez's 2,200-square-foot home has three bedrooms, as well as two and a half baths, which is a mere option for the engaged stars' family, which comprises six members, according to Variety.

Lopez has twins Emme and Max, both are 12, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Rodriguez has two daughters Ella, 12, and Natasha, 15, from his previous marriage. The business-savvy couple's new property can either be a real estate investment or probably a place for a friend or family member.

Spread across over 1 acres area, the house features an open-plan living room, dining room with vaulted wood ceilings, and a modernized kitchen. Outside, there is a narrow entertaining area that has a small separate outbuilding that can serve either as an office or studio, PEOPLE reported.

Lopez owns a massive estate nearby Bel Air. She revealed why she fell in love with that home three years ago in a Vanity Fair cover story with Rodriguez. The moment she stepped inside that house, Lopez felt like it was the place where she wanted her kids to grow up. At the time, J. Lo said it is imperative to have clarity in terms of what a person needs in life, adding that she imagined her family would be very happy in that home no matter what.

The house comprises an impressive array of elements including a stone patio that overlooks an infinity pool, lush landscaping, coupled with a double-size swing. The interior of the house is adorned with wood-beamed ceilings and various pieces of furniture such as big pillows, low-slung sofas, and bowls teeming with cut roses.

There's a standout artwork that reads "gratitude," which word that blends gratitude and attitude. The pair shares multiple properties across America, but they opted to quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic at their glassy, contemporary house in Florida.

Aside from that, the Anaconda star owns a 14,000-square-foot, 7-bedroom house in the Hamptons that she bought for $18 million back in 2011. The pair recently purchased a new house on Malibu beach, where Lopez met author Joanna Gaines and a film crew last year.

Neither Lopez, nor Gaines has divulged details about what the footage is likely to be used for, but the Gaineses are reportedly gearing up to launch their own TV network with a myriad of shows. The couple has also sold several real estates recently.
