Page One and Ulti will return to their senses in the upcoming chapter. The new release will be out this weekend, but the spoilers and scans for One Piece chapter 984 have started surfacing on the internet teasing what fans can expect from the next chapter.

The recent One Piece chapter 984 scans from Twitter reveal that Yamato’s mask will come off and the real identity will be out.

The beginning of chapter 984 shows Ulti and Page One gaining control over their bodies. It appears they are safe. Meanwhile, fans will learn that they are one of the strongest dinosaur devil fruit users around.

In the meantime, Yamato wants to talk to Luffy where there is no disturbance from any of the subordinates of Kaido.

However, Luffy is confident that he can obliterate Kaido’s men in a blink of an eye. Yamato pays no attention to him and creates a smokescreen.

Yamato tells Luffy that he read Oden’s will and wishes to fulfill it. As they converse, Yamato’s mask fell and her real face is revealed in its full glory. Luffy is shocked to find out that Yamato is a woman.

As Luffy stares at Yamato, an image of Ace appears on his mind. Yamato reveals that she wishes to be like Oden.

Yamato recalls that 20 years back, she witnessed the iconic execution. It is rumored that she located Oden’s journal somewhere in Kuri and turned into a man as Oden was a man too.

She recalls that it was a heartwarming moment for her and her tears could not stop flowing.

Yamato informs Luffy that Oden was massacred by Orochi and her father.

She adds that after she got her hands on Oden’s journal, it became her bible, hence the name of the chapter – My Bible.

In One Piece chapter 984, Yamato tells Luffy that the diary contains all the information that details the wrongdoings of her father.

She vows that someone’s need to take Oden’s proud legacy forward, and that’s why she wants to open the country.

Yamato wants Luffy to fight alongside her. Luffy tells her that she is really strong but she is yet to encounter his ultimate strength.

One Piece chapter 984 will be released on Sunday, July 5, 2020. The new chapter will be available to read officially on Manga Plus and Viz.
