Johnny Depp has donned his Jack Sparrow persona again, in a bid to make some of his fans happy.

According to Hollywood Life, the actor took his time to entertain the kids at Queensland Childre's Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. While he had done these kinds of stunts before, this time, due to the coronavirus pandemic, he had to do it remotely. In fact, in 2015, he visited this very same hospital while he was in the country to shoot for the fifth installment of the movie series.

For his remote virtual visit, Johnny really took on his role 100%. Not only was he in costume, but he really acted as Jack Sparrow, complete with the slurry accent. He spent time just conversing with three patients who were already selected beforehand. He answered some questions and even played games with the kids. He also took his time to honor all the healthcare workers in the hospital, calling them absolute heroes for al the work that they do.

Meanwhile, his case against ex-wife Amber Heard is continuing to make progress. The Daily Mail reports that a witness for the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has claimed that Heard's bruises were because the actress dropped her keys on the elevator shift. Heard has claimed that the bruises were because Johnny had thrown a phone at her.

The witness's name is Trinity Esparza and she worked as a concierge at the Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles, where Depp owns several units. She also claimed that Depp was not even in the country when Amber said that Johnny threw a phone at her face. According to heard, the incident happened on May 21, 2016. But Dep, at that time, was on tour and out of the country for two weeks.

The two had married in 2015 but divorced two years later. Depp is suing Heard for an op-ed she wrote for the Washington Post which seemed to imply that Depp had abused her.

But Depp turned the tables on her and claimed that it was Heard who was actually the abuser in the relationship. The same tabloid had released an audio recording of Heard owning up to the fact that she had hit her husband and even mocked him for claiming that he was a victim of domestic abuse.

The case has bot yet begun there have been delays. But by August, it is expected to move forward already.
