Lunden Roberts, mother of Hunter Biden's four-year-old daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, has petitioned an Arkansas judge to incarcerate the president's son until he provides the court with his financial records, as RadarOnline.com reported.

Roberts' attorneys claim that the 53-year-old has not submitted any information or documentation relating to their child support lawsuit. The legal battle initiated by Roberts against Biden followed their brief 2017 relationship that led to the birth of their daughter.

In the most recent court filing, Roberts' legal team argues that the former drug addict should be held at Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with the court order to produce all materials pertinent to the case.

Roberts' lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, stated, "In those two months, the defendant has provided no additional discovery - not so much as one single item or word - and has failed to supplement his answers at the court's directive."

The legal team further insisted, "There is no valid excuse or justification for the defendant's failure to provide the required disclosures as the court has granted every single protective order the defendant has asked for since the inception of this case."

They added, "The defendant is playing games with this court."

The contentious case is expected to proceed to a two-day bench trial in July.

Biden is also scheduled to undergo a deposition in June, during which Roberts' attorneys are likely to interrogate him about his various business activities and international ventures.

They may also question how Biden's financial situation could have deteriorated while he's selling his artwork for up to $500,000 each as an abstract artist.

Roberts had previously received a $2.5 million settlement from Biden after taking him to court in 2019 and compelling him to undergo a DNA test to confirm he was the father of their daughter in a 2017 case.

The First Son's legal team is currently attempting to prevent Roberts from employing Garrett Ziegler, a former Donald Trump staffer, as an expert witness. In a separate case related to his infamous discovered laptop, Biden and his friend Kevin Morris are suing Ziegler for alleged harassment and invasion of privacy.
