The ongoing dispute between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis over child custody and child support remains unresolved. In recent legal documents obtained by The Blast, the 39-year-old director of "Don't Worry Darling" alleged that her ex-fiancé has not paid child support since their breakup in 2020. Wilde further claimed that she has shouldered the majority of their children's expenses, despite Sudeikis earning "significantly more" than her.

Wilde stated in the filing, "Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter."

The actress and director claimed that she has paid for 100% of their children's expenses when they are with her, including food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation. Wilde and the 47-year-old "Ted Lasso" actor have two children together, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6.

Wilde is requesting that the court order Sudeikis to pay retroactive child support from the date she initially filed the case so that she can "adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason's standard of living." Additionally, she has asked for the actor to cover her attorney and accountant fees, totaling $500,000. Wilde argued that Sudeikis' financial situation is "significantly superior" to hers and that the fees she has incurred have primarily been a result of his legal team's "egregious, unnecessary and aggressive conduct."

Wilde's lawyers wrote in the filing, as cited by The Blast, "It is undisputed that he earns significantly more than Olivia and has greater access to funds. Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion's share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action."

Wilde did not specify a child support amount because she lacks access to Sudeikis' income information, according to The Blast. In California, where she filed the documents, child support calculations are based on the monthly salaries and expenses of both parents.

In response to the filing, an anonymous source close to Sudeikis told Entertainment Tonight that the former couple had equally shared costs during their relationship, including those related to their children.

This is not the first time Wilde has made allegations against Sudeikis in court. In a previous filing, the "Tron" actress accused her ex of trying to litigate her "into debt" during their custody battle and of "purposefully" neglecting to inform her or her legal team about a crucial court date, which led to her absence.

Sudeikis recently requested the custody case be moved to New York City, where he currently resides. However, an NYC magistrate denied the request, according to TMZ. Wilde and Sudeikis started dating in 2011, got engaged in 2012, and ended their nine-year relationship in 2020.
