King Charles might have to rethink whether he will invite Prince Harry to his coronation on May 6.

According to Mirror UK, the palace has fears over the possibility of Prince Harry making his private conversation with King Charles public if he decides to attend the coronation.

“There have been discussions among the family, including Edward and Anne. They do not want private conversations at the Coronation making it into the paperback edition of Spare,” a source said.

However, another report from The New York Post claimed that King Charles will still push through with his invitation for Prince Harry. And he will also extend the same invitation to Meghan Markle.

But a source said that it’s unlikely for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to attend the ceremony after they cut ties with the royal family.

“The King does not expect them to be at the coronation. The family will extend the invitation but it would be very hard for Harry and Meghan to be there given everything that has been said in the interviews and the book. The family expects Harry and Meghan to find a reason not to be there,” the source said.

By the looks of it, the rift between Prince Harry and the royal family grew even more extensively following the release of Spare. After all, the dad of two dropped several bombshells about his loved ones in his book.

For instance, he admitted that he didn’t want King Charles to wed Queen Consort Camilla. He also likened his first meeting with his stepmom to getting an injection. He said that if he closed his eyes, he wouldn’t feel anything.

Prince Harry also slammed King Charles in his memoir. He said that his dad was the one who banned Markle from seeing the queen before she passed away. The Duke of Sussex also said that his dad did not give him a hug after he told him that Princess Diana died in a car crash.

According to the Duke of Sussex, he never had the opportunity to hug Queen Elizabeth because the act wasn’t sanctioned by the royal family. And he also thinks King Charles never had the opportunity to hug his mother.

But it was Prince Harry’s stories about Prince William and Kate Middleton that shocked his readers the most.
