Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are coming to a close with their divorce case. It comes as reports learned they settled the matter nearly two years after the reality star did the filing.

E! News obtained court documents Tuesday detailing the settlement between the 42-year-old celebrity and the 45-year-old artist. One of the things the couple has agreed on is said to be about spousal support, which they have both waived.

Citing the legal document, the publication continued that the SKIMS founder and the “Donda” rapper would divide their assets in accordance with their prenup. But, the report did not provide further details on the matter.

The court document states that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will also get joint legal and physical custody of their four children, who are aged nine and below, as per the publication.

In addition, it is noted that Ye agreed to pay his former wife $200,000 a month in child support. As stated, this does not include the payments for the children’s other expenses, like medical, security, and tuition fees, which he agreed to pay for half.

The outlet later said the settlement also covers possible disputes between the former couple in matters relating to their children. Citing the legal document, it is revealed that the two personalities agreed to participate in mediation if they find themselves in a dispute, although if one fails to do so, the other party gets to decide by default.

E! News pointed out in its report, published Wednesday, that while Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have already reached an agreement, a judge still needs to sign off the settlement to finalize the divorce, which she filed in February 2021.

When asked for comments regarding the matter, the outlet shared that they have not received a word from the former couple’s respective lawyers, Laura Wasser and Nicholas Salick.

TMZ  appeared to be the first one to report the news Tuesday. It said the settlement emerged on Monday, adding that it was the eve of Kanye West’s scheduled deposition in case the matter went to trial.

In the same report, the outlet shared what sources have stated about the rapper’s child support, amounting to $200,000. As claimed, he is not covering the full expenses for the children as the given figure is only his share.

The publication later noted that it is due on the first day of each month and must be wired into Kim Kardashian’s account.
