Gwyneth Paltrow opened up about motherhood and reflected on her life today. She shared that she feels “very grateful,” particularly toward the transitions in her and her children’s lives.

The 50-year-old celebrity discussed the matter in a recent engagement with People. As noted, she had the exchange during an appearance to promote her new collection of compression products in partnership with Copper Fit.

Paltrow told the magazine that her daughter “went to college in the fall,” while her son “is growing up every minute,” adding that her youngest is now taller than her.

The Marvel actress pointed out, though, that she has “cherished every chapter” of her children’s lives and is “grateful for the transitions.”

Elsewhere in the report, the magazine quoted Gwyneth Paltrow, sharing, “It's funny, I always thought, when they were born I was like, 'It's never going to be better than this.’”

It continues, "But then they were 2, and then 5, and every stage I've been like, 'This is better than the last.' And I feel that way now."

The Goop founder has two children, whom she shares with her former husband, Chris Martin. She is also a stepmother to the two teenagers of her husband, Brad Falchuk.

On Wednesday, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed to Entertainment Tonight how her husband, with whom she tied the knot in 2018, feels about her past relationships, especially with her former boyfriend, Brad Pitt.

Speaking to the publication, the “Shallow Hal” actress praised Falchuk for being the “most secure man” in their relationship.” She also stated that her husband is the “least judgmental” between them, so she believes “he totally respects [the friendship]” between her and the “Troy” star.

Later in the exchange with ET, Paltrow noted that she and the “Glee” co-creator “have amazing chemistry,” noting that it is “a great part of a foundation.” She added that her “body feels really good when he’s around, so that’s just luck.”

Brad Pitt and the “Iron Man” actress met on the set of “Se7en” in the early 90s. They began dating at the time and got engaged in 1996.

Less than a year after, however, the two celebrities called off their engagement and parted ways.

As for her relationship with Brad Falchuk, Gwyneth Paltrow met him on the set of “Glee” in 2014. Dating speculations involving them emerged in the summer of that year, just months after she and Chris Martin announced they had called it quits on their ten-year marriage, according to Us Weekly.

Paltrow and Falchuk appeared to have made their relationship “Instagram Official” earlier in 2015. More than three years later, they officially tied the knot.
