Olivia Wilde appears to have alluded to the latest drama surrounding her, Jason Sudeikis, and their former nanny. It comes as she shared a recipe for a salad dressing from a classic novel about divorce.

On Tuesday, the 38-year-old celebrity posted a photo from a page in Nora Ephron’s “Heartburn” on Instagram. It features the said recipe, which the book’s main character makes for her husband.

People, in its report covering the matter, quoted the recipe part of the passage, writing, “Mix 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard with 2 tablespoons good red wine vinegar.”

It continues, “Then, whisk constantly with a fork, slowly add 6 tablespoons olive oil, until the vinaigrette is thick and creamy; this makes a very strong vinaigrette that’s perfect for salad greens like arugula and watercress and endive.”

Olivia Wilde’s latest post in her Instagram Stories appears to be a response to the accusations made by her and Sudeiki’s former nanny.

Earlier this week, the Daily Mail published the claims of the two celebrities’ former employee, who chose to remain anonymous. Part of the allegation is that the “Don’t Worry Darling” director infuriated the “Ted Lasso” star after preparing a salad for Harry Styles with her “special dressing.”

The former nanny continued to the outlet that Jason Sudeikis had chased after Olivia Wilde on “the night she left with her salad.”

It is also claimed that the two went “back and forth” to the house as “he lay under her car so she wouldn’t leave,” adding that “he said he was doing it on purpose to make her late going to see Harry.”

The anonymous insider later added to the publication, “Jason told me: ‘She made this salad and she made her special dressing and she’s leaving with her salad to have dinner with [Harry].’”

Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have since shut down the accusations.

In a joint statement shared with People, the former couple called the claims “false and scurrilous.” They also expressed how “incredibly upsetting” it is that their children’s former nanny “would choose to make such” accusations about them before the public.

The “Lazarus Effect” actress and the “Horrible Bosses” actor continued in the statement that the former nanny’s “18-month long campaign of harassing us,” alongside their pals, colleagues, and loved ones, “has reached its unfortunate apex.”

In the end, Wilde and Sudeikis stated that they “will continue to focus on raising and protecting” their children “with the sincere hope” that their former nanny will leave them and their family alone.
