Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on the hunt for their “dream marital home.” They are said to be “not giving up” on finding the right property after their earlier deal reportedly fell out of escrow.

The claims came from OK! magazine for one of its latest issues. As noted, the Hollywood couple spent their Easter weekend and the days that followed touring around Bel-Air, looking for their future home.

There is very little information about their earlier property deal. But, the outlet claimed that Lopez and Affleck originally made an offer on a 20,000-square foot estate in March.

The reported $50 million offer allegedly fell through, though, “possibly after the home went through inspection.”

Earlier last week, MailOnline released a similar report about the matter. It stated that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck “wasted no time returning to the hunt for a luxury mansion.”

Witnesses were said to have seen the two celebrities viewing an “iconic” property in Southern California. As added, the estate, which carries a $165 million price tag, was built by Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy.

It was reportedly once called “Spelling Manor,” which is situated in the Los Angeles suburb of Holmby Hills. But, it is only one of the “multiple” properties that the Hollywood couple visited days after confirming their engagement before the public.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez got engaged earlier this month. A rep for the latter confirmed the relationship milestone to People.

The songstress, also, shared the news in her “On The JLo” newsletter days after donning her engagement ring during an outing in the same week. She told her inner circle about the “exciting update,” which included a clip of herself, admiring the silver band that has a huge, green stone.

The confirmation, also, came days after engagement rumors started to circulate across media platforms. As reported, it all began after photos of her, wearing the band went public.

This is the second time that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got engaged. They first became fiancés of each other in the early 2000s.

Days before their supposed 2003 wedding, though, the “Gigli” lead stars decided to postpone the event. They, then, announced their official separation in January 2004 and moved on to form new relationships with others.

Affleck and Lopez made headlines with their rekindled romance in summer 2021. But, it was only a couple of months later that they made their relationship official before the public.
