UK's Queen Elizabeth is, reportedly, helping her son Prince Andrew in financial matters. With all controversies surrounding the Duke of York these days, the royal-born Prince is said to be in "dire straits financially."

Sources told Star that Prince Andrew is bleeding his mother dry with all the bills he has to pay. This comes as the British Monarch is, allegedly, "footing the bill" for her son's astronomical legal tabs.

Despite this, it is claimed that the Queen is "freezing" her second child out. Apart from stripping him off of his military titles, the father of two will defend his case as a "private citizen."

The insiders failed to provide any evidence, though, proving the allegations toward Prince Andrew. So, the claims have remained suppositional unless otherwise stated.

The royal-born Prince has yet to make official statements regarding the issue. Likewise, Queen Elizabeth II, alongside the Royal Firm, has maintained her silence about the controversy.

Meanwhile, an opinionated article from News AU asserted that the Queen's second son may face the "possibility of financial ruin." As noted, Virginia Giuffre is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Speaking to The Telegraph, the plaintiff's lawyer explained that "both categories of damages will be substantial." Moreover, when it comes to punitive damages, the person's declared wealth "does come into consideration."

The publication continued that, per the Daily Mail, the damages bill alone could sum up to $136 million. On a separate account, a London lawyer, reportedly, assumed that the jury could, also, award Virginia Giuffre "anywhere from $27 million to $136 million."

Whatever the case, though, Prince Andrew will, indeed, allegedly, face "serious hefty legal bills" amid the entire debacle.

The assertions and speculations come as a New York judge rejected the Duke of York's camp's move to dismiss the civil lawsuit Guiffre previously filed against him. Experts believe that it may have been his last chance to get the suit thrown out, according to CBS News.

In the same report, a legal analyst stated that the "case is going forward." Rikki Klieman consequently added that the last thing that Prince Andrew and the British Royal Family want is "further publicity" amid the developing series of events.

There are, reportedly, some options for him, though, as per analysts. The Duke of York could fight the case in court, but it is said to be "highly unlikely" considering the negative light it would cast on the British Monarchy.

Another move he could do is to "refuse to cooperate." However, experts deemed this tactic to be "disastrous."

Klieman, later on, asserted that the best option for Prince Andrew is to "try to reach a settlement" with Virginia Giuffre to stop the case from moving forward to trial. But, in this move, the plaintiff has to agree with him, and her legal team is said to have shown no inclination to do so.
