Prince Charles’ racist remarks regarding his grandson Archie’s skin color continue to make headlines today.

Even though it’s been two weeks since royal author Christopher Andersen made the shocking revelation in his book, royal experts and royal fans are still talking about it.

In Touch Weekly, in its Dec. 20 issue, said that it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out. So, even if the royal family tries to defend Prince Charles, the public will soon know whether Andersen’s claims are true or false.

A source claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not also defended Prince Charles because they know that there’s no reason for them too. Since the couple is aware that there are hidden microphones and cameras inside all the palaces, including Clarence House, they just hope that the footage will be released to the public.

“There are cameras in every room at every palace. It’s like being in the Big Brother house. Harry and Meghan’s engagement announcement was a huge press event – mics were everywhere. So, many believe Charles’ comment was caught on tape,” the source said.

The insider also said that royal fans and royal experts want to know the truth. And since it’s unlikely for Prince Charles to come clean about the comments that he made, the footage will be worth more than gold when it is released.

At the end of the day, the source insisted that Prince Charles shouldn’t have made a comment about Archie’s skin color regardless of whether he was being racist about it or not.

“Charles shouldn’t have made a comment about Archie’s skin tone, period. He’s spent his whole life waiting to take the throne, and the racism allegations may have put his future as king in jeopardy,” the source said.

However, it is important to note that a spokesperson for Prince Charles and Clarence House denied Andersen’s claims. He said that the allegations are a work of fiction so there’s a need to comment on it further, according to Sky News.

It’s also unlikely for Prince Charles to address the matter in public because the royal family does not normally talk about personal issues with the press.

The only time that Prince Charles addressed a scandal was when his affair with Camilla Parker Bowles came to light decades ago.

If there’s anyone that needs to address the allegations against Prince Charles it should be Prince Harry and Markle.
