Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie allegedly had a falling out.

In its Dec. 6 issue, New Idea claimed that Princess Beatrice broke down in tears after her younger sister snubbed her newborn daughter, Sienna.

Weeks ago, Princess Eugenie’s son, August was christened alongside Zara Tindall’s son, Lucas. The cousins decided to hold a joint christening so that Queen Elizabeth can attend both ceremonies without putting so much stress on herself physically.

However, a source for the tabloid claimed that Princess Beatrice was upset because Princess Eugenie did not ask her if she also wanted Sienna to be christened with her cousins.

“It was interesting that Beatrice didn’t join in on the fun with her own baby girl, especially given Sienna and August are first cousins,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that the recent issue is just the latest in a string of other issues involving Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

According to the source, the sisters’ relationship has also been strained for months because of their disgraced dad, Prince Andrew.

Princess Beatrice doesn’t allegedly want anything to do with her dad because she’s ashamed of him. But Princess Eugenie believes that it’s important for the York family to stick together.

“It’s sad, given how they are usually extremely close. But the fact they didn’t christen their babies together is very telling. It’s been a difficult time for Jack losing his father before the christening,” the source said.

However, it doesn’t take a genius to understand why Princess Beatrice’s newborn daughter wasn’t christened alongside Princess Eugenie’s son, August.

Princess Beatrice just gave birth to Sienna in September so she’s not in a rush to have her daughter christened. It is also important to note that August is already over a year old when he was christened.

The only downside to Sienna not being christened last month is the fact that the queen might no longer be around to attend her ceremony. After all, there are fears that the monarch’s health is slowly deteriorating.

It’s not also true that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are divided when it comes to their dad. The royal siblings have not commented publicly on Prince Andrew’s alleged sexual abuse scandal so there’s no proof that one of them refuses to support the Duke of York.
