Although Candance Owens's painful not-open-minded remarks on Harry Styles' dress get up for his Vogue cover, fellow One Direction bandmate Liam Payne blurted out appreciation to his close pal.

Liam Payne praises Harry Styles' choice of style

Despite the agitating COVID-19 scare and all that 2020 brought to the world, it is unbelievable how many choose to cause trouble against Harry's dress.

However, not everyone, though: Liam, 27, applauded his fellow English singer Harry to wear clothing that he enjoys. The Naughty List singer appeared on Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp on Dec. 27 (Sunday), sharing his thoughts on the matter.

Harry recently made headlines for wearing "intriguing" outfits on the cover of fashion magazine Vogue, and with no hesitations, Liam applauded the Sign of the Times singer.

"Oh, I thought it was great. I think he's enjoying himself, and he's free to do as he wishes," Liam said. He added that a lot is hassling this year and whether Harry not wearing the right clothes is not someone else's business to mind.

Liam Payne is the newest addition of celebrities who took Harry Styles' side

Liam continued to share his remarks on the matter by saying Harry is not lost and that he is still Harry no matter his clothing choice. The singer then continued that they both did not speak for a long time after One Direction's last stint but was able to get back on track when they met again at a Jingle Bell Ball event.

Harry is the same lad since he left the band, and Liam genuinely views him as the same when they both were reunited at the event's dressing room. Amid One Direction putting a temporary end on its career, Harry never changed.

Candace Owens versus the world

Candace Owens comments on Harry's Vogue cover is proof of gender stereotyping. The said conservative commentator ridiculed Harry for ending Western civilization.

She highlighted that society could not survive without strong men, and feminizing gender is an evil scheme. "Bring back manly men," Candace said. "Real women don't do fake feminism. Sorry, I'm not sorry," the commentator added.

On the other side of the commenting war, Harry did not directly address Candace's comments but put her to social media shame through an Instagram post. The singer uploaded a photo of himself donning a suit while eating a banana, alongside the caption that says"bring back manly men."

Any thoughts on that, Candace?
