Fresh from TikTok, Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical is viral no more! As it leveled up massively with its new coveted stint in Broadway. With that said, the viral TikTok content from a user is now an actual show—a Broadway one.

TikTok parody touched by Broadway

In the early season of 2020, a group of people who owns a TikTok account nailed a parody musical inspired by the hit film of Disney-Pixar in 2007, Ratatouille. The chef rat content was brought back to life when Emily Jacobson, 26, a teacher from New York, uploaded a video of herself singing an ode to the lead rat, as per E!

The rat is Remy, a Parisian kind who loves and enjoys cooking. The "musical" is a collective effort, hailing other TikTok users to contribute to the style and content to make the video more realistic.

The ensemble turned to have a musical arrangement under the orchestra style, a proper ensemble from the vocals to the choreography. A Playbill also is in the video.

The impressive video led the voice behind Remy, Patton Oswalt, to be mesmerized, paving the way for other 200 million more users to like the video. The share figures also soared atop, making the video one of the best this year.

Seaview Productions created the viral video into an actual show

The Verge stated that the Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical is under the production of Seaview Productions, the home of Broadway's highest-charting Tony Award nomination show titled Slave Play.

The streamed show is also made possible with the partnership of Seaview Productions and the short-video sharing platform, TikTok. Aside from Seaview, Sea Wall/A Life also is among the productions that were impressed by the content, leading them to take the case to a higher level.

"You made this a thing! You are the cause of this great benefit for the Actors Fund to help so many people out of work. Thank you. Thank you so much," Jacobson said in a statement.
