Camilla Parker-Bowles' entrance into the Royal Family was never fully accepted by the British people. The late Princess Diana, who is the first wife of Prince Charles and the mother of royal brothers Prince William and Prince Harry, continues to outshine the Duchess of Cornwall despite already having passed away.

Apparently, despite the sweet disposition of the late Princess of Wales, Camilla cowered in ‘fear’ after Princess Diana showed one of her ‘bravest’ moment.

The alleged confrontation of the two during the birthday of Camilla’s younger sister left Camilla speechless and ‘in fear’ of the wrath of Princess Diana.

Diana’s clash with Camilla has been well documented in several biographies and books about the Royal Family. Still, most of all, the Princess of Wales owned up to telling Camilla off in one of her tell-all interview with Martin Bashir.

During the infamous Panorama interview with Bashir, Diana reveals that her marriage was ‘crowded,’ explaining that there were three of them in her marriage with Prince Charles.

Diana’s confrontation with Camilla was an unprecedented one. According to a source close to Diana, the Princess was ‘terrified’ about challenging Camilla, but she gathered enough strength to do so.

The Princess of Wales seemingly told Camilla that she knew what was going on between her and Prince Charles. Camilla replied that Diana had everything she wanted.

"You've got everything you ever wanted. You've got all the men in the world, falling in love with you, and you've got two beautiful children. What more do you want?" Camilla replied.

This meeting between the two, allegedly, made Prince Charles ‘furious.’ Still, it also created a fire with Princess Diana, with her confessing that something ‘shifted inside her’ the night after the encounter.

From then on, this was the first step in the road to independence for Diana. The Princess became a stronger and more individualistic persona in the royal family since then.

The story between Camilla Parker-Bowles and Princess Diana is an undying narrative. With Netflix’s ‘The Crown’ portraying the story and the stark indifference of Charles's treatment towards Diana’s suffering only infuriated royal fans.

Fans of the show have bombarded Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles' official Instagram page with comments stating that Diana is better. In response, Clarence House has officially turned off their comment sections.

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles have been married for 15 years now and was wedded eight years after Diana’s shocking death despite the protest from Britons.
