Travis Scott seemed to have figured out the country's mood by sharing his anticipation regarding The Undoing's finale. The HBO series that has been adapted from the 2014 novel Jean Hanff Korelitz titled You Should Have Known has created a buzz across the nation.

The series has been directed by Susanne Bier and penned by David E. Kelley that revolves around Grace Fraser's character portrayed by Nicole Kidman. The character's perfect life slowly fades away after the murder takes place at her son's school.

Moreover, the character learns that Hugh Grant, who portrays her husband Jonathan, was having an affair with that lady who got murdered. However, the six-episode series left everyone wondering, who killed Elena Alves?

In an interview with ET, the 60-year-old Danish film director opened up about the finale episode and also shed light on the second season. Bier laughed, revealing that the final episode was kind of expected, but the viewers’ reaction was hilarious.

The director explained that there was no other possibility than the person disclosed as the killer. She further said that Grant always knew that he was playing the killer's character. She said that this series's whole idea was to show how one can color their own reality based on their wishes.

Bier said that it doesn't matter if someone is a clever, brilliant, and insightful person as such things will always happen. She revealed how she took the viewers on a ride that Jonathan's character took on his wife, which concluded the whole idea.

Given that, there shouldn't be any doubt that anyone else could have been the killer. Moreover, she explained that Jonathan's character was the only one who had any motive behind his actions while all the proofs were also against him.

She said that if viewers think about it from the beginning, then he was the only one who could be the one. However, she chuckled how viewers gave him the benefit of the doubt and started to suspect every single character, including the extras on the show.

In fact, the Love Is All You Need director further said that her parents usually avoid watching anything but this time, she encountered her own father theorizing the series and guessing who could be the killer. Regarding the second season of the series, the director said that she would love to work on it. However, there is no official conversation about it at the moment.
